Store Policies
Returns
At Arbor and Vine®, we’re proud of our garden accessories. We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your selection, returns are acceptable within 30 days of delivery. This applies to merchandise that has not been used or damaged by the customer. To return an order, you MUST notify Customer Care to receive authorization for a return.
Any returned merchandise will be refunded less the cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Please be sure to carefully re-pack the merchandise in the original package and insure it. A copy of the receipt must accompany all returns.
We are not able to provide refunds for merchandise lost in the mail or damaged in transit. A credit on your account will appear within 5 business days after the returned product is received, minus the restocking fee.
Open all packages immediately upon receipt and inspect your order. If an item is damaged, save all packaging and the product and contact us immediately. You must contact us within 7 days to report a problem. In some instances you may be asked to photograph a damaged piece so that we may address concerns to our suppliers.
Damaged merchandise will be accepted and replaced without penalty. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. Please contact us for assistance with your return and to receive a return authorization number before returning any merchandise. Items that are returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be provided in the form of a Gift Certificate for the value of the items purchased. All related Gift Certificate and Return Policies apply.
Order Cancellations
Orders placed with Arbor and Vine® may only be cancelled on non personalized items and within 24 hours of order placement; prior to shipment of merchandise. We request that you carefully review the spelling of personalized items as no cancellations are permitted once the order has been placed.
Placing an Order
Your order will be processed within one business day of you placing it. You will receive an e-mail confirmation for your order and payment. You will also receive a follow-up email with shipping information and when you can expect your order. Most pieces will be available for shipment within a week to ten days of the order date. However, some of our featured products are custom pieces and are made to order. This can take 4-6 weeks. If your selection is if for a specific time frame or a special occasion, we urge you to contact us prior to purchase.
Gift Certificates
Arbor and Vine® Gift Certificate and unused portions of Gift Certificates expire one (1) year from the date of issuance and are only redeemable at arborandvine.com. Gift Certificates have no cash value and are non-transferable. Arbor and Vine® is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are not applicable to shipping charges, tax or service charges and are for merchandise only.
Payment Methods
Be assured that your financial transactions are safe and secure through the Authorize.Net Payment Gateway system and Commodo SSL Security system. We gladly accept MasterCard, Discover and Visa.
Sales Tax
Because Arbor and Vine® is located in Florida, only customers living in the state of Florida will be subject to a 6.5% sales tax. Orders from all others states are not taxable.
Back Orders
We make every effort to display the most accurate product information. In the event that the item you ordered is not available, we will contact you within 24 hours or the next business day, to notify you by email of your order options. If your credit card was charged for an item not in inventory and we have received payment, a credit will be made within 24 hours of an order being placed.
Shipping
At this time, local pickup and returns are not available. Shipping is to one address per order within the 48 contiguous states. We regret that we cannot ship to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico; nor do we offer shipping to U.S. Post Office Boxes or foreign countries.

Warranty
All of our products at Arbor and Vine® come with a manufacturer’s limited warranty. If any of the pieces sold are proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material we will replace, at our discretion, that part or the whole product at no charge to you. This warranty does not cover defects caused by: modification, alteration or repair of the products by anyone other than the original manufacturer. This warranty does not include return shipping costs. If you need to use your warranty please contact Customer Care as soon as possible and you will be given a return address and information. Proof of purchase (a receipt), showing the date of the sale will be required in order to file a warranty claim.
Arbor and Vine® and its owners are not responsible for any damage or injury that may be caused
by the installation or the use of its products. Our warranty solely covers the replacement of our products due to faulty materials and craftsmanship.
